We several classes:

Mat Pilates is the “Crown Jewel” of Pilates practice. It is performed primarily while laying on a mat, and using slow controlled movements directed by our experienced teachers. You can improve flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone in the abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks (the core). You can achieve greater balance, stability, muscular awareness and control. It is safe and effective.

Men’s Flexibility and Strength classes focus on the unique needs of men. Using gravity as the primary source of resistance, the goal is to maintain mobility in your spine and joints while strengthening the muscles that support alignment. This exercise program can be used in conjunction with traditionally weight training or as a stand alone routine.

Combat Sports Strength & Flexibility is designed for the martial artist. We work on hip and shoulder strength and mobility as well as core strength so that you can perform your best on the mat. Building deep core strength can help reduce muscular imbalances and the associated aches and pains that arise from overtraining certain muscle groups.
